Address Geo Coding is used by our website to identify your delivery address on Google Maps. This will help the courier to ensure your parcel reaches you in time and you don't incur any unexpected charges.

If your delivery address is not found on Google Maps or you live in an outlying area, please note that the courier will calculate the portion of last mile delivery after the parcel has reached the closest hub to your address and a quote will be sent to you for the final delivery charge.

We are not in control of this charge and cannot absorb it as this will affect the pricing of our products.

Areas that usually attract surcharges, are outlying farms, game reserves, secluded villages and townships.

Certain Shopping malls and security estate may also attract surcharges, where the rules of the complex or estate depict certain delivery times, size of vehicles and other factors that may cause the courier to amend the delivery route.

To allow a smooth process google your own address and ensure its visible on google maps with street name, suburb and province showing correctly.
