The Yao Han F300A is a hand-held, commercial-grade portable bag closer designed for sealing a wide variety of bags, including plastic bags, woven polypropylene bags, jute bags, multi-wall paper bags, and composite bags. It is a single-thread, plain-sew machine built for industrial packaging environments where mobility and ease of use are essential.
Key Features
1. Portable Industrial Design
Lightweight hand-held sewing head for easy operation.
Powered by a strong motor designed for frequent start/stop use, ideal for bag closing operations.
Supports 110V or 220V configurations depending on order.
2. Sewing Capabilities
Produces a single-thread chain stitch, suitable for securing filled bags.
Automatic feed mechanism pulls the bag through—operator should not pull the bag manually.
Built-in thread cutting knife trims the chain at the end of the seam.
Standard stitch length factory-set at approx. 3.75 stitches per inch.
3. Threading & Tension
Works with Yao Han industrial sewing thread.
Thread must be installed securely with correct tension to avoid loose stitches, thread breaks, or skipped stitches.
Includes tension disks, eyelets, and proper threading path for consistent stitch formation.
4. Lubrication System
Equipped with a manual oiling system and visible oil reservoir.
Uses Yao Han #22 Tellus Oil.
Oil pump must be pressed every 4 hours of operation to lubricate moving parts.
Operation Summary
Before Starting

Clean off dust and debris.
Refill oil reservoir and wipe excess oil.
Check that all screws remain tight.

Throat plate (if teeth wear down).
Thread knife blades (when cuts become torn instead of clean).
Needle (if bent, dull, or causing skipped stitches).
Thread, Stitch & Bag Issues
Troubleshooting covers:
Loose stitches (check tension, feed dog sharpness).
Skipped stitches (check looper & needle alignment).
Thread breakage (tension, thread quality, guide cleanliness).
Bag tearing (presser foot force, feed rate consistency).
Safety Guidelines
Machine contains pinch points, sharp edges, and a high-speed motor—operator must understand its operation.
Wear proper safety gear (eye protection).
Not suitable for use near flammable or explosive materials.
Keep hair, clothing, and hands clear of moving components.
